Returns and Refunds

The short version: you have 14 days, pouches must be unopened, and returns are refunded as store credit.

The 14-day window

If something isn't right, email us at awesometeam@spicefarmkitchen.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions.

What can be returned

Unopened pouches with the seal intact. Because pepper is a food product, we can't accept opened pouches, and returned product is never resold. That's a food safety decision, not a preference.

What you'll receive

Once your return arrives, we'll issue store credit for the product price. Store credit doesn't expire and works on any future harvest. Original shipping charges aren't refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

This is the exception to everything above. If your order arrives damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Our mistakes are ours to fix.

How to start a return

  1. Email awesometeam@spicefarmkitchen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send the return address.
  3. Ship the unopened product back to us. We recommend a tracked service, since the return is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  4. Store credit is issued within 5 business days of the return arriving.
