Shipping
The short version: free US shipping on orders over $35, flat-rate below that, and everything ships in biodegradable packaging.
Rates
- Orders over $35: free standard shipping anywhere in the US.
- Orders under $35: flat-rate standard shipping between $3.75 and $4.99, calculated at checkout based on your order.
A trio of our peppers clears the free shipping threshold, which is not an accident.
Processing and delivery
We're a small team and every order is packed by hand. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is on its way. US delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days with USPS after that.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want real Kampot pepper, email us at awesometeam@spicefarmkitchen.com and we'll see what we can arrange. We've made it work before.
Between harvests
We source in small batches from small farms, so occasionally the store closes between harvests. If you see the sold-out notice, nothing is wrong; join the Future Harvest list on the homepage and you'll be first to hear when shipping resumes.
Wrong address or lost package
If you spot an address mistake after ordering, email us as soon as you can and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped. If tracking shows your package lost in transit, get in touch and we'll work it out with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of. Damaged arrivals are covered under our Return and Refund Policy: send a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.
